Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging. We kindly request you include your name on the order and the order number on a paper and place inside the return parcel.
To start a return, you can contact us at minkattire.team@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address on the parcel received. If you have lost this, please contact us by email or instagram to provide you with the return address.
Mink Attire does not cover the cost of the return. Returns are to be paid by the customer and they can choose which courier to send it back with. However, we advise you keep proof of postage of the return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel. However, if the item is posted already we cannot cancel the order and you will need to follow the returns process.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Please note- if a return is to be provided by Mink Attire due to exceptional circumstances, Mink Attire will cover the cost of standard shipping which is £4.99.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once an order has been dispatched and is in the hands of the courier, Mink Attire cannot be held responsible for any delays, damage, or loss during transit. Any issues of this nature must be raised directly with the courier service, as they are beyond our control.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at minkattire.team@gmail.com.
Please note- our returns policy stipulates that if a customer qualifies for free shipping by surpassing the threshold and later decides to return items, resulting in the total order falling below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. This ensures a fair adjustment based on the updated order value, maintaining transparency in our shipping policies.
